  • James Griffiths of Doctors Commons in the City of London, Wine Merchant.
  • Richard Bullock, a private Mariner in His Majesty’s Royal Navy.
  • John Richards of the Town of Bromyard, Shopkeeper.


Relates to the Lease of a Messuage or Tenement with a large garden in a street called Church Street or Hereford Street - formerly used as a public house called the Adam and Eve lying near the Church in the Town of Bromyard. 

Bounded on the east by the Kings highway leading from Bromyard to Sandy Cross and in the north by a Messuage called the Vicarage House.


CONDITION. Contents complete. No holes or tears. Some darkening to vellum in places but good condition for a document of this age. Handwriting clear and easy to read.
