Two photos of the same location, taken almost 50 years apart.
The White Horse pub at the corner of the Tenbury Road. Now it has been converted into flats!
When I was in Bromyard Gyp Preece was Landlady there.
Please compare it with the photo below this one, which was taken in 1955.

My Grand dad - Ralph Bancroft (known to all al Pat) is standing on the right side and is closest
to the camera, wearing a cap (of course).
Horace Preece is standing outside the door, with Percy James between him and my Grand-Dad.
I am actually on the wall on the left-hand side, but out of shot.
This photo was taken from an upstairs window of the bakery where my Grandad worked - Tommy Jone's.
It is now a print shop. It was a driving school in the late 1960's, early 1970's.
