Warren Wood the actual spot of the old shelter

This is a shot of the actual location where the old wartime shelter was situated.

We used to play in there as children and found many old war-related item there, including bullets, tins, cooking stove and other things.

Why it was wantonly destroyed by those who manage Warren Wood totally baffles me?
